It is a known fact that people all over the world smoke. They know how dangerous it could be to their health but they do it anyway. This is because smoking is pleasurable as well as addictive; therefore it is very hard for a smoker to stop even if they want to. Many smoking cessation aids have been tried, including the nicotine patch, but they generally have achieved limited success.
So what’s next?
The electronic cigarette came out and it was an instant hit. I am sure you would agree that it is quite a phenomenon to have an electronic smoking device. It was introduced as a smoking alternative but many think it can also serve as a smoking cessation aid.
Why? Keep reading to find out.
First of all, it is important to note that when you smoke an electronic cigarette you are not actually smoking as it does not emit smoke. Instead, the electronic cigarette emits a vapor that is far less unhealthy than the toxic, carcinogen filled smoke you get from the regular cigarette. Therefore the action of smoking an electronic cigarette is unofficially called ‘vaping’. One reason why the traditional cigarette smoke is further unhealthy is because it is the product of tobacco, which in itself is deadly. The vapor from the electronic cigarette, on the other hand, just imitates the flavor of tobacco to give the smoker the taste he/she loves.
The important thing is that even though there are many differences between the regular cigarette and the electronic cigarette, the smoking experience for the user is kept to being basically the same thus enabling a smooth transition from the former to the latter. The smoker (or vaper) is able to gradually decrease his/her nicotine concentration level with the electronic cigarette, an action which is believed to facilitate smoking cessation by ‘weaning’ the user off of his/her addiction to nicotine.
So even though the electronic cigarette was created as a smoking alternative, it is feasible to assume that it can perform the dual role of the above and smoking cessation aid.

Electronic cigarette is really a best tobacco smoking alternative. The tobacco cigarette is very dangerous for chain smoker because it contain 4000 chemicals, most of them now that how much is it harmful for them still they are using it. On the other hand there are also lots of people who want to leave it but they can't do it, it’s become their habit. Few months before i was also one of them, but now i am using electronic cigarette and thank God it stop me from smoking tobacco.
One very important thing is please be very careful in choosing a brand, because there are lots of brands which are fake brands and not registered. They are selling e-cigarettes which are still containing harmful chemicals. I am using Jasper and Jasper e-cigarettes and thank God they are not one of them.
