HUGE Victory for Electronic Cigarettes!!!

Today is a great day for a device that smokers everywhere have come to love, our beloved electronic cigarette. A federal judge has ruled that the FDA has no right to regulate electronic cigarettes and cannot stop them from coming into the country. I loved the words that U.S. District Judge Richard J. Leon used so much that I just had to quote them here:
“This case appears to be yet another example of FDA’s aggressive efforts to regulate recreational tobacco products as drugs or devices,”
To all electronic cigarette users this statement culminates what we have all been saying for years. For once a judge has took the stand against big tobacco companies and actually looked at the facts in this case. This lead to fair and just ruling for a FAR SAFER alternative to traditional cigarettes, we all know and love.
As Ray Story, the vice president of Smoking Everywhere puts it, the opinion of the judge is a “big big big victory for us.”
Indeed it is my friend…indeed it is.

This is exactly what the e-cig industry needs. Now the cigarette making giants can feel threatened.
How lucky are we to have a effective alternative to tobacco. No more nasty smelly tobacco ever! I agree we needed this victory more than ever! I am so happy.
green smoke is by far the best electronic cigarette on the market right now. i have tried njoy, and instead and this puts them way behind. Just my two cents though, I know some people who hate it.
