However, there are some key benefits which most e-smokers have agreed on that makes the cartomizer the better alternative and a clear winner – in our humble opinion.

When using a cartomizer, there is no need to fiddle with a detachable atomizer since the cartomizer comes in a single piece with the flavor filled cartridge already installed. This enables the user to quickly replace a cartridge by unscrewing the cartomizer and attaching a new cartridge. For those that are fashion conscious, cartomizers now come in a variety of customizable colors. These colors also have an additional benefit – they can be used as a great way to keep track of the various flavors one might have in each cartridge.
For the veteran ecig user, the cartomizer offers a plethora of benefits. The refilling process is much easier when using a cartomizer as opposed to dripping when using an atomizer. It is also much cheaper, nowadays, to replace the cartomizer in the event that it is lost or stolen. Also, because of its minuscule price, one can purchase several flavors and have them on hand in various cartomizers. This exponentially increases the joy of e-smoking.
Last, but not least, is the actually vaping experience with each device. Many electronic cigarette users have thoroughly enjoyed the smoking effect that the cartomizer offers over the atomizer. The cartomizer produces a much richer smoke which produces a thick vapor and an intense flavor. The liquid also lasts much longer and more puffs are produced. So, all in all, the cartomizer seems to be the best bet when enjoying your ecigs.

I agree with you. I started with a smoking everywhere, which had atomizers and that was very disappointing, I almost gave up ecigs after that experiance, after switching to Teslair (which uses cartomizers) I'm much happier. The cartos are much easier to refill and just cleaner to work with.
